This instance of Cadence is operated for Chiropractic Future, and is used by its volunteers and staff. Chiropractic Future's own website is chiropracticfuture.org.
Who this is for. This service is provided by Chiropractic Future for its volunteers, board and committee members, staff, and anyone else it invites to take part in its work. It is not a public service and there is no public sign up.
Your account. Accounts are issued by Chiropractic Future and belong to the organization, not to you. Your account is yours alone. Do not share your password or let anyone else use your access. Tell the organization promptly if you believe someone else has used it. Chiropractic Future may suspend or close any account at any time, including when your role with the organization ends.
Using it properly. Use the service only for Chiropractic Future's business. Do not attempt to reach records that are not yours, to work around the access limits, to copy the membership list or contact details for any purpose outside the organization's work, or to interfere with the service or the people using it.
Keeping the organization's business confidential. Much of what this service holds is the internal business of a working organization: draft minutes, unresolved issues, financial figures, and discussions that have not been decided. Treat what you see here as confidential to Chiropractic Future unless it has been published or you have been told otherwise. This obligation continues after your account is closed.
Who owns what is here. The organization's records, minutes, goals and decisions belong to Chiropractic Future. What you enter as part of your role becomes part of that record and stays with the organization when your role ends.
Accuracy. The organization tries to keep the record accurate, and members are asked to correct their own details. Nothing here is a certified or legal record unless Chiropractic Future says so separately, and minutes carry weight only once they have been approved by the body they belong to.
Availability. The service is provided as it stands. Chiropractic Future does not guarantee that it will be available at all times, that it will be free of faults, or that any particular feature will continue. It may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn.
Responsibility. Chiropractic Future is not liable for any loss arising from the use of this service, from an interruption to it, or from the actions of anyone using it, beyond what the law does not allow it to exclude.
Changes to these terms. These terms may change as the service does. Material changes will be notified to account holders rather than made quietly.
